I ordered the wrong size plugs. Can I exchange them?

We can help with exchanges of UNWORN jewelry only. If the plugs/earrings have not been tried on (never touched an ear at all) and you contact us within seven days of delivery, we can help you get the correct size. For health/hygiene reasons, we can not accept exchanges or returns of jewelry that has made contact with an ear.

Due to high international shipping costs, buyer will be responsible for all postage for returns and exchanges.

Are your plugs/earrings sold in pairs?

Yes, all ear related items are sold in PAIRS. If you select a qty of 1, you will receive two pieces, one for each ear.

(If you only want one, you may contact us to arrange for the sale of a single, however we find that most people want two, so all of our listings are for PAIRS)
